The sustainability movement is growing at a rapid rate and we are here, at this moment in history, perfectly poised to lead our community and planet to a healthier future. This journey isn't easy, but by learning from and supporting one another, we can accelerate our progress, educate more people on the benefits of sustainable living, and normalize zero waste shopping.
There are few things I love more than teaching and serving people. After teaching dozens how to open zero waste stores around the world, it is clear to me that the best way for me to maximize my positive impact is to operate from my zone of genius as an educator, and I am here to do just that.
I am offering this AMA session to share my experiences opening a zero waste store in three different locations, hiring dozens of employees, borrowing money, building my own e-commerce store, navigating an extensive remodel in the midst of a pandemic (among other things), and going through the process of trying to sell and ultimately closing my store, so that you can avoid some of the painful mistakes I have made, learn from my progress & achievements, and give yourself and your business the best possible chance to thrive.
